Holy crap, the guy who plays Rick is English? It's so strange to see "American" characters on tv who have a foreign accent in real life. LOL. It seems as though half the leads in US tv are Brits at the moment. I know that the advice for a lot of Black British actors is to catch the first plane out to the US once they have gotten their training over here. I think that because most of our acting training is based on theatre work then its easy to transfer over to televison.

Apparently AMC accidentally put a major spoiler on their site, but let's not discuss it here. This is supposed to be a thread to discuss the episodes that have already been shown but let's not spoil ourselves for future stuff.

WHAT WAS IT? I don't know, and I'd like to continue to not know, so don't tell me if you go read it.

Wow! Dale's dead! Who woulda thought? Actually I am kinda happy bout it. I just hated that stupid puzzled look he always got on his face. Actually wouldn't mind seeing Karl get the boot too!

Think about how risky it would be for an actor on this show to ask for a raise. You're always one bite away from having your contract canceled.

That episode was pretty slow up until the last ten minutes, and then wow, we got some great stuff. Sorry to see Shane go, but looking forward to the finale next week.

With all of the dead coming across the field it looks like this might be the event that gets them off the farm. I doubt that it was a coincidence that they just finished fixing the RV. Of course I'm just guessing. If I was a writer on the show I'd split up the team and have a few episodes that was about getting them all back together again.

Good call Wesley. I hadn't thought about the RV being fixed. And now they are down to a dozen (14 at the start of the show and two dead) so that could fit in the RV and not be unrealistic. I am getting a little tired of the farm anyway. Ready for some Atlanta scenes...but I am from Atlanta so I may be biased.
My logic with the infection or the "living dead" theory is that if you have died inside as a human like Shane had then when you die you become a zombie. If you are a "good" person and still fight for humanity like Dale than you just die. But since they put Dale down with a brain bullet I can't be sure. If he had turned into a zombie than I am totally wrong.

I live north of Atlanta now so that's one of the things I enjoy about the series.
I seem to remember that in the books you get zombiefied no matter how you die unless the head/brain is damaged. I'll have to look that up.

I just hope that we can get rid of pesky Carl! I also wouldn't mind seeing the gang leave the farm! Glad Shane bit the biscuit! I never did care for him.

Supposedly in the finale next week we'll finally here what the Dr whispered to Rick at the CDC, and it's related to the fact that people who die without being bitten still turn.
But I can't think of what would be such a secret about that. If everyone is infected, it would be important to know that they'll turn when they did, just so you can be prepared.
